Terms and Conditions Relative to a VIP Travel Program: 5.1 Additional terms and conditions may apply to specific VIP travel programs and services offered through the Program. These terms will be communicated separately for each program and must be accepted before participation. 5.2 All VIP travel bookings are subject to availability and are not guaranteed until confirmed by Cabo VIP Rentals Corp. 5.3 Any changes, cancellations, or refunds related to VIP travel bookings will be subject to the applicable terms and conditions specified at the time of booking.

Promotions
Promotions and offers for VIP Members and any visitor or potential guests of Cabo VIP Rentals Corp. are subject to terms and conditions. Cabo VIP Rentals Corp. reserves the right to cancel or modify the terms and conditions of any offer at anytime without notice.
Villa and travel vouchers offers. Unless otherwise listed or stated but not required based on the conditions above, $500 vouchers or any other amount are subject to a minimum of 4 night rental of a specific villas and not all properties represented, featured or listed by Cabo VIP Rentals Corp.
Special offers on discounts to pricing are not applicable to marketplace prices such as those listed on Airbnb or other including by not limited to Expedia, Booking.com, VRBO etc.
