We have prepared some information to help you get acquainted with your stay. We also have a collection of services you may consider to ensure that every moment spent here is nothing short of amazing! It’s always a good idea to confirm arrangements with us in advance.Â
REGISTRATION
First off, it’s important to register ALL of the guests that will be staying at the property as you will be a guest within a gated community with security-controlled access and will be required when visiting the resort properties and amenities for access and discounts. You can email us a list of the guest, or simply complete the Registration Form at the link below.
VIP CONCIERGE & DESTINATION MANAGER
As a guest of Cabo VIP Rentals, you will have a VIP Concierge / Destination Manager available to you in advance of your arrival and during your stay. They can make all arrangements in advance for services, chef & butler, pre-stocking rentals, reservations, tours, and much more. They will also be at the property to greet you upon check-in to welcome you and get familiar with your new Cabo home.

AIRPORT TRANSFERS
We are happy to arrange private airport transfers directly to and from the San Jose Los Cabos international airport and can accommodate any size group. You can view the airport transportation options and airport information.
ABOUT QUIVIRA
You will be staying within the Quivira Los Cabos at Pueblo Bonito, a gated, oceanfront resort and residential community surrounding the world-renowned Jack Nicklaus’ Quivira Golf Club. As a guest of the property, you will also have access to the two resort properties in Quivira, the beachfront Pueblo Bonito Pacifica Resort featuring 8 restaurant options, and the Pueblo Bonito Sunset Resort also with 8 restaurants to enjoy along with many other resort amenities guests may access all with a 25% discount. There are two additional Pueblo Bonito Resorts accessible at Medano Beach.
TRANSPORTATION
Taxi: Quivira is only minutes from downtown Cabo San Lucas driving and there is a taxi stand at the Pueblo Bonito Sunset entrance. Taxis are mostly large, new, passenger vans.
Golf Cart: We can also arrange golf cart rentals for you during your stay from 2 to 6 seaters. This is a convenient way to get around the property.
Uber: Note that Uber is not permitted within the property for pick-ups at this time.

Deposits may be required for certain services, bookings and purchases.Â
Some prices may change from time to time.Â
Pricing does not include VAT Taxes of 16%.Â
Cash (USD or MXD) is usually easiest however most services are payable by major credit cards. Credit card payments will carry an additional transaction fee percentage to process.Â
CANCELLATIONS
Most services have a 48-hour cancellation policy.Â
Staffing services will incur a 50% cancellation fee within 24 hours of booking.Â
Check the terms of the specific service prior to booking with the concierge.Â
TRAVEL INSURANCE:Â
Guests who choose to travel during ‘hurricane’ or ‘storm’ season and/or WHO health advisories choose to do so at their own risk. There will be NO REFUNDS or part refunds for any trip interruption (for any reason) up to 7 days prior to the stay or during the stay. It is recommended that guests purchase Travel Insurance to cover any unforeseen issues, interruptions, or required cancellations of stay that are outside of the terms and conditions of the reservation. Cabo VIP Rentals cannot be held responsible for certain aspects of interruption of service such as power outages, storm/rain/weather conditions, or other uncontrollable occurrences. Please take appropriate measures to ensure you have proper coverage.
