Make arrangement for food and beverage services makes for exceptional service and carefree vacations. 
Choose from our menu of options or create your own. 

Meal Packages

For private meal services there are several Chef’s special options to choose from for each meal. The prices are for Chef services, plus  costs of food. 
You may also work with our VIP Services team to create your own menus and specials service requests. 

Breakfast / Brunch | $200 USD for Chef Service

  1. Mexican Omelette
    Vegetables, potatoes, spinach, cheese, and chorizo sausage or turkey ham.

  2. Huevos Rancheros
    Sunny side-up egg on tortilla with beans, red sauce, sour cream, purple onion and coriander.

  3. Divorce Eggs
    Sunny side-up eggs with red and green sauce.

  4. Breakfast Burrito
    Scrambled eggs with vegetables and cheese on a flour tortilla.

  5. Avocado Toast
    Fresh avocados on crispy toast served with sunny-side-up eggs.

  6. Machaca and Tamal
    Dried beef Mexican style side up eggs and corn tamal. With poblano pepper and sour cream.

Options include fresh orange juice, coffee, french toast or pancakes or waffles, fruit plate, and bacon. Condiments, salsa, creme fresh, and hot sauces.
Does not include the cost of the chef and butler.

Lunch | $250 USD for Chef Service

  1. Baja Fish Tacos
    with guacamole, Mexican salsa, green salad, red rice, and beans.

  2.  BBQ Beef / Chicken Breast
    Veggies with pico de gallo, guacamole, green salad, red rice, and beans.

  3. Beef and Shrimp Fajitas
    with red rice, green salad, guacamole, and salsa. 

  4. Hand Made Burgers
    Fresh Beef or Shrimp with a side of oven roast potatoes.

  5. Fish and Shrimp Ceviche
    with hurricanes.

  6. Pastor and Fish Tacos
    with guacamole, salsas, rice, and beans.

Dinner | $350 USD for Chef Service

  1. Enchiladas
    Tortilla Soup. / Tampiqueña steak and chicken enchilada, guacamole and rice. /  Mexican dessert. / Red or White Mexican wine.
  2. Fresh Fish & Risotto
    Caprese Salad / Fresh Fish with seafood sauce, creamy risotto, and vegetables. / Fresh Bread. Dessert. Mexican White wine.
  3. Filet Migñon
    Green Salad / Filet Migñon with red wine sauce, oven-roasted potatoes, and asparagus. / Fresh Bread / Dessert / Mexican Red wine.
  4. Surf and Turf
    Seared tuna tostada / Grilled beef filet and spicy butter shrimp and vegetables. / Fresh Bread / Dessert / Mexican Red wine.

Taxes and Gratuities are not included in the package or services. Pre-stocking delivery charge is $90 USD per $1,000 in goods. 
A la carte items and items not listed will be billed individually. Prices may vary based on current market prices for certain items.

When you have confirmed your reservation and VIP Concierge will contact you to address any additional services or requests you desire. 

Absolutely. We have several options of full-sized luxury SUVs, Mercedes Sprinter Vans, or larger vehicles for groups. If you have multiple arrives, we can make arrangements for all guests. 

Arrangements can be made with your Concierge or your VIP Agent for payment on-site or in advance. You can pay with major credit cards. Booking in advance is always best to get what you desire. 

Definitely. A Cabo VIP Rentals Concierge will be available to you in advance of your stay and while you are on-site to make sure you make the most of your time in Cabo. 

There are several banks that can service a banking transaction for you in Cabo. These international banks also have ATMs. USD are widely accepted as well as Pesos of course.
