Kitchen- Gourmet kitchen with Viking appliances, dishwasher, ice maker, microwave, wine cooler, and coffee maker. Walk-in pantry.
Water- The house has a state-of-the-art, triple filtration and Ultra-Violet purification system.
Laundry- complete laundry room with washer & dryer and iron & ironing board.
50% Deposit for arrivals greater than 30 days from arrival.
Deposits will be applied to future stays within a year for cancellations and are non-refundable.
$1,000 Security deposit is required.
