* 7-night Christmas reservations must end on or before December 28th. 7-night New Years reservations must start on December 26th or later.
* There is a private penthouse on the top of the villa that may be occupied by one of our associates. If the penthouse is occupied, this person will not interfere with the reservation or have access to the main house.
